General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service

• "FlySystem" or "Supplier": FlySystem SRLS, headquartered at Via Arti e Mestieri, 3, 47838 - Riccione (RN). • "Customer": The natural or legal person who purchases products or services. If a natural person acting for purposes outside professional activity, defined as "Consumer". • "Site": The website attributable to FlySystem SRLS. • "Contract": The agreement between FlySystem and the Customer for the purchase of a product or service.

The contract pertains to the sale of products and provision of consulting services, technical support, and installation, whose characteristics are described in the relevant sections of the Site.

The contract is considered concluded when FlySystem sends an order confirmation email to the address provided by the Customer. This email will summarize the purchased products/services, their prices, payment methods, and other information required by law.

Prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, if applicable.

Accepted payment methods are: [E.g., Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal].

The invoice will be issued and sent to the Customer in electronic format.

The Customer agrees to:

• Provide truthful and correct personal and tax data. • Carefully read and accept these Terms and Conditions before placing an order. • Use the purchased services and products in compliance with the law and provided instructions.

Consumer Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating reasons, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the Consumer acquires physical possession of the goods or, in the case of services, from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform FlySystem of their decision through an explicit statement (e.g., registered letter or email to info@flysystemrn.com).

In case of withdrawal, all payments made will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The direct costs of returning goods will be borne by the Consumer.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal is excluded, among others, for custom-made goods or services whose execution has begun with the express agreement of the consumer.

All products sold are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity provided by the Consumer Code. In case of non-conformity defects, the Customer has the right to restoration, at no cost, of product conformity through repair or replacement.

FlySystem will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the product or service by the Customer. FlySystem's liability will in any case be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the individual order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of this contract, if the Customer is a Consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is mandatory at the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. For all other cases, territorial jurisdiction is exclusively with the Court of Rimini.
